By purchasing or downloading a resource, you agree that its contents are the property of Be Madly Productive and are licensed to you for personal or single-classroom use as a single user. We retain the copyright and reserve all rights to each resource.

You may

Use free and purchased items with your own classroom students or for your own personal use
Reference resources in blog posts, seminars, professional development, workshops, or similar venues — only if credit is given to Be Madly Productive AND a link back to madlyproductivephonics.com or the TPT store is included in the presentation
Purchase additional licenses at a discount for other teachers to use the resource
Leave a review on the resource — we appreciate it

You may not

Claim this work as your own, alter the files in any way, or remove copyright or watermark
Sell the files or combine them into another unit for sale or free
Post resources for sale or free elsewhere on the internet (including Google Doc links shared in blogs or social media)
Make copies of purchased items to share with others (this violates the license and copyright law)
Share the password to the Free Resource Library with non-subscribers
