3. Purchases and payments

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your location.

4. Digital downloads & refunds

All resources are digital and delivered immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing a resource you purchased, email madison@madlyproductivephonics.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

5. Account and access

Some areas of the Site (such as the Free Resource Library) are protected by a password sent to email-list subscribers. You agree not to share this password with people who are not subscribed.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Teachers Pay Teachers, Pinterest, or Instagram). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
